Shasta Chapter of the California Native Plant Society scholarship

The Shasta Chapter of the California Native Plant Society annually sponsors at least one $2000 scholarship,

Qualifications:

  • ​Students attending community college or high school within Shasta, Siskiyou, Modoc, or Lassen counties.

  • Applicants must be entering a 4-year college/university program in the 2022/2023 school year with a natural science related major such as environmental science, biology, or botany. Plant science or botany majors will be given preference.

  • Students must have a “B” (3.0) grade point average or better.
